Labascus Armory ships orders in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearm regulations.
1. Order Processing

In-store sales & FFL transfers: Processed by appointment or during posted hours.

Firearms: Released only after receipt of a valid FFL and completion of all legal requirements.
Orders placed outside of business hours are processed on the next available business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Firearms are shipped only to a licensed FFL dealer.
All shipments use a trackable carrier.
An adult signature (21+) is required where applicable.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.
3. Shipping Restrictions

Firearms may not ship directly to individuals across state lines.

All shipments must comply with federal, state, and local laws.

Customers are responsible for any permits, fees, or compliance requirements.
4. No Returns
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on firearms or transfer services.
Please confirm all details before completing your purchase or transfer.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect items at delivery.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
